Let's be honest - this is a website where you pay £1/month to place a pin on a map. If you're expecting enterprise-grade functionality or customer support that responds in under 3 business days, you've come to the wrong place.

By using this service, you acknowledge that the entire concept is deliberately, beautifully, and unapologetically pointless.

2. User-Generated Content & Links

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:

Users may share promotional links, websites, and other content through their pins on our map. We do not review, monitor, endorse, or take any responsibility for any content accessible through these links.

Limitation of Liability: Pointless Subscription, its owner, developers, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from:

• Content accessible through user-shared links
• Malware, viruses, or harmful software encountered through external links
• Phishing attempts or scams linked from pins on our map
• Any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content hosted on external sites
• Any financial loss or damages resulting from external website interactions

3. Link Disclaimer

The presence of a pin or link on our map does NOT constitute:

• An endorsement of the linked website or its content
• A guarantee of safety, legitimacy, or trustworthiness
• Any form of partnership or business relationship
• Approval from Pointless Subscription of any products or services

4. User Responsibilities

By placing a pin on our map, you agree to:

• Only share links to content you own or have permission to promote
• Not share links to illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Not use this service for phishing, scamming, or fraud
• Acknowledge that we may remove your pin at any time for any reason

5. Subscription & Payments

Your £1/month subscription is processed through Stripe. We don't store your card details (Stripe handles that). If Stripe can charge your card, your pin stays. If they can't, your pin goes. Simple.

You can cancel anytime through your Stripe dashboard. No hard feelings.

6. No Guarantees

We don't guarantee:

• Your pin will remain on the map forever (we might delete it)
• Anyone will actually click on your link (probably won't)
• The map will always be available (servers die sometimes)
• Any specific level of service or uptime

7. Right to Remove

We reserve the right to remove any pin, ban any user, or terminate access to this service at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all. It's our pointless service, and we're keeping it pointless.

8. These Terms May Change

We might update these terms occasionally. By continuing to use the service after any changes, you accept the new terms. If you disagree with anything here, you're welcome to remove your pin and cancel your subscription.
