• Email address - So we can send you payment receipts and important updates (like "your card declined")
• Name - To display on your pin on the map
• Location data - Only if you choose to share it when placing your pin
• Payment info - Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number

2. What We DO NOT Collect

• Your real-time location (we only store the coordinates you explicitly choose)
• Any personal data from external links shared on pins
• Tracking cookies or any sneaky surveillance stuff
• Data about your browsing habits (we don't care where you go online)

3. User-Shared Links & External Content

Important: Our service allows users to share promotional links. We have NO control over and accept NO responsibility for:

• Privacy practices of external websites linked from pins
• Data collection by third-party sites you visit through our map
• Cookies, trackers, or analytics placed by external websites
• Any personal data you share with external sites

When you click a link on our map, you're leaving our service. Check the privacy policy of that website before sharing any personal data with them.

4. How We Use Your Data

• To process your £1/month subscription (via Stripe)
• To display your name and message on your pin
• To display your pin location on the map
• To send you account-related emails

5. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data to anyone. The only data we share is:

• With Stripe - For payment processing (they have their own privacy policy)
• Publicly on the map - Your name, message, and pin location are visible to anyone who visits our map
• As required by law - If we receive a valid legal request

6. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as you have an active subscription. If you cancel:

• Your pin is removed from the map
• Your account data is deleted within 30 days
• Payment records are retained per Stripe and legal requirements

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we'll delete it immediately.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access - Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Delete - Request that we delete your account and data
• Export - Request your data in a portable format
• Correct - Request corrections to your data

To exercise these rights, cancel your subscription through Stripe or contact us.
